Key Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Volt, your primary focus will be on identifying, recruiting, and placing candidates through various channels, including online databases, internal resources, and job advertisements. You will also tap into passive candidate pools via networking and social media.

  • Work closely with client hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements, ensuring quality hires and timely recruitment.
  • Promote qualified candidates to both new and existing clients.
  • Provide guidance to client hiring managers by leveraging your understanding of their organization and labor market trends.
  • Enhance branch profitability by expanding existing business and managing gross margin effectively.
  • Support the creation and management of job advertisements and recruitment sources for new business opportunities.

This is a Part-Time position.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in staffing and recruitment, preferably within administrative or industrial sectors.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour. The pay range for a successful candidate will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, job responsibilities, and certifications.
