Position Title: Manufacturing HR Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process by assessing job applications, collaborating with management to confirm qualifications, conducting interviews, checking references, extending job offers, and overseeing the necessary documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a key resource for employees regarding policies, programs, and benefits. Implement initiatives aimed at fostering positive employee relations through effective application of organizational policies.
  • Manufacturing Support: Offer guidance and assistance to managers and supervisors within the manufacturing environment.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Update job descriptions in accordance with the ADA, conduct exit interviews, and engage in special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • A four-year degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a two-year degree with substantial relevant experience (minimum of 8 years).
  • Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and technical skills.
  • Preferred experience in a manufacturing setting and with employee relations.
