Position Overview

We are seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our client's recruitment efforts. This role involves collaborating closely with the recruitment team to identify and engage top candidates while ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate phone, video, and in-person interviews for prospective candidates.
  • Manage and prioritize scheduling requests using our internal tracking system.
  • Maintain clear communication with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders involved in the interview process.
  • Adapt and resolve scheduling conflicts as necessary when interview arrangements change.
  • Represent the organization positively during all interactions with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Welcome and assist candidates during their visits for interviews.
  • Track and report on scheduling metrics, including interview volumes and weekly updates.
  • Oversee quarterly projects and additional coordination initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in coordination, preferably within recruiting or human resources.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to create structure in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a quick and adaptable mindset.
  • Experience working effectively in high-volume recruitment scenarios.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for building new relationships.
  • Commitment to enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and the Google suite.
