Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent profitability throughout the year for the market.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-potential team members.
  • Oversee and hold accountable the sales and operations teams.
  • Facilitate the success of the business development team, including external sales representatives.
  • Engage in sales presentations and client meetings.
  • Meet or exceed guest satisfaction survey targets.
  • Address and resolve client and guest relations issues as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain inventory standards.
  • Enhance market presence and capture market share for the company.
  • Participate in industry networking events and local market initiatives.
  • Establish partnerships with local properties and negotiate terms, fees, and rental agreements.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Manage budgets and P&L, actively participating in the budget preparation process.
  • Assess and acquire new housing inventory as needed.
  • Maintain marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales and operations teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in relocation, hospitality, property management, corporate housing, travel, or real estate is advantageous.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
