We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Foundry Sales and Business Development to join our team at Conductor. This role will be responsible for developing, acquiring, and growing new accounts for our expanding Foundry business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier foundries and semiconductor companies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Manage and negotiate complex sales contracts and agreements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, including foundry operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
