About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Leader to join our team at Support Revolution. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Sales Initiatives: Directly manage a team of sales professionals and lead all sales initiatives to drive performance and services excellence expectations.
  2. Develop Sales Business Plan: Design, implement, and drive a robust and creative sales business plan that meets/exceeds new business targets and customer retention objectives.
  3. Maintain Customer Relationships: Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the customer's base/business.
  4. Improve Team Performance: Continuously seek new opportunities to improve team performance and effectiveness.
  5. Analyze Sales Performance: Analyze performance of sales team members on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for performance improvement and ensure accountabilities are being met.
  6. Establish Goals: Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for team members.
  7. Manage Sales Activities: Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of all sales activities, forecast opportunities, and available pipeline.
  8. Ensure Customer Support: Ensure team staff provide excellent support to customers in fulfillment, including forecast, inventory control, allocations, ETA, and backlog management.
  9. Manage Customer Relationships: Successfully manage relationships with customers, visiting them to help identify opportunities and improve sales and marketing strategies in selling Support Revolution products.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or Management related is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of sales experience in computer, server, or hardware industry is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge in server, storage, and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers and the enterprise IT environment.
  • Communication Skills: Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people from different groups.
  • Analytic Skills: Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  • Market Research: Great analytic skills in market and industry research.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range of $215,000 - $235,000, depending on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
