Senior Technical Sales Executive

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Custom IC/Analog design and validation market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Engineering, and Support, to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, including CTOs, CIOs, and Engineering Leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure Cadence remains a leader in the market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and account management, with a strong background in technical sales and customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of Custom IC/Analog design and validation flows, as well as semiconductor manufacturing ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
