Job Overview

Keller Executive Search is on the lookout for a seasoned and strategic Vice President of Technology to enhance our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our technological vision to foster business expansion and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute the organization's technology vision and strategic roadmap.
  • Oversee and manage all facets of technology, encompassing infrastructure, systems, software development, data governance, and cybersecurity.
  • Engage with essential stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and synchronize technology solutions with strategic goals.
  • Encourage innovation by assessing and integrating emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the technology team, cultivating a culture of teamwork, excellence, and ongoing development.
  • Conduct budget and resource planning to maximize technology investments and ensure timely project execution.
  • Remain informed about industry best practices, standards, and regulations pertaining to technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record as a Vice President of Technology or in a comparable technology leadership position.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing technology strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technological advancements.
  • Strong technical proficiency and understanding of software development, infrastructure, and system architecture.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing technology budgets and resources effectively.
