Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all facets of technology, encompassing infrastructure, systems, software development, data governance, and cybersecurity.
  • Engage with essential stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and synchronize technology solutions with strategic goals.
  • Promote innovation by assessing and integrating emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to the technology team, nurturing a culture of teamwork, excellence, and ongoing development.
  • Conduct budget and resource planning to maximize technology investments and guarantee timely project execution.
  • Remain informed about industry best practices, standards, and regulations pertinent to technology.

Location: New York City

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Vice President of Technology or in a comparable leadership position.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing technology strategies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Strong technical acumen and comprehension of software development, infrastructure, and system architecture.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing technology budgets and resources.
