Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Clinical Support for Team Members: Provide guidance and support to new and established team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality therapy services.
- Mentoring: Guide and support new and established team members to help them develop their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Promote effective communication and collaboration between departments to ensure seamless delivery of therapy services.
- Support Milestone Management: Assist in implementing management strategies and directives to ensure the smooth operation of our therapy services.
- Direct Treatment and Supervision: Provide hands-on treatment and clinical supervision to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care.
- Education: Hold an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited SLP school.
- Experience: At least two years of clinical experience in Speech Therapy and/or training.
- Full-time preferred, will consider part-time.
- Must be open to working in a hybrid position.
- Must have knowledge in all treatment settings that Milestone works or be willing to participate in training to obtain the knowledge needed.
- Great Salary (part-time is hourly).
