CIPHER CONSULTING INC is a nationally known and rapidly expanding company seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for consulting small to medium-sized businesses as well as consumers on behalf of our client Amazon.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, ambitious, driven, humble, self-motivated, and have the willingness and ability to learn and grow. With our proven sales system, management support, and overall culture, you will have the tools to succeed.
Responsibilities- Meet directly with customers providing product knowledge and direct selling with our Amazon Business department
- Make educated recommendations based on findings, cross-selling when needed
- Assist customers through the enrollment process, providing sales support
- Hunger to be a champion, dedication to win
- Self-sufficient; must be able to work in an independent environment
- Track record of achievement regardless of previous industry
- Detail-oriented, and organized
We offer a salary range of $70,000 - $110,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and stock options.
