Role Overview: The Assistant Court Clerk plays a vital role in the judicial system by ensuring the smooth operation of court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:


As an Assistant Court Clerk, your duties will encompass the preparation of comprehensive court documents in alignment with established protocols, data entry into automated case management systems, scheduling court matters, drafting correspondence, filing legal documents, and preparing daily dockets. You will also attend court sessions as required.

Additional tasks include managing phone inquiries, assisting clients at the service counter, processing fines and costs, and handling payment receipts.

Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask and take on additional responsibilities as delegated by management.



Minimum Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The most competitive candidates will possess substantial experience in court operations, business environments, or office settings.

Applicants should exhibit strong organizational skills and have a solid understanding of personnel management, time management, and performance evaluation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with advanced proficiency in office automation systems and software, are essential.



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience within a court environment and handling financial transactions is preferred.
