Court Operations Assistant

Job Overview:

This position involves providing essential administrative support within the court system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of comprehensive legal documents in line with established protocols, managing data entry within the automated case management system, and coordinating court schedules.

Key Responsibilities:


- Drafting and organizing court documents in accordance with legal standards.
- Inputting data accurately into the case management system.
- Scheduling court appearances and managing the daily docket.
- Preparing correspondence and filing necessary documents.
- Attending court sessions to assist as required.
- Handling inquiries via phone and at the service counter.
- Processing payments and managing fines and costs.



In addition to the above duties, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and take on additional responsibilities as directed by supervisory staff.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Candidates with substantial experience in court operations, business environments, or office settings will be prioritized.

Applicants should exhibit strong organizational skills and possess a thorough understanding of personnel management, time management, and performance oversight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with advanced proficiency in office automation tools and software, are essential.



Preferred Experience:

Experience within a court environment and familiarity with financial transactions are advantageous.
