Job Overview:
Franworth is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for a developing franchise brand. The Brand President will play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making. This individual will shape the short and long-term objectives and vision of the organization while guiding its growth, with a keen awareness of the competitive landscape, expansion possibilities, and industry trends. The individual will collaborate effectively to uphold the brand and its commercial success, addressing regional needs through varying market dynamics while ensuring brand consistency and achieving national business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the spokesperson for the organization, engaging with stakeholders, governmental bodies, and the public.
  • Steering the formulation of the company’s strategic direction for both the short and long term.
  • Designing and executing the organization’s vision and structure.
  • Assessing the performance of other executive leaders, including Directors and Vice Presidents.
  • Maintaining insight into the competitive market, identifying expansion opportunities, and staying updated on industry advancements.
  • Ensuring the organization upholds high standards of social responsibility in all operations.
  • Evaluating risks to the organization and ensuring effective monitoring and mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Establishing strategic objectives and ensuring they are clearly defined and measurable.
  • Leading the development of a compelling brand identity, shaping product and brand strategies that enhance brand presence across all regions.
  • Driving national business initiatives while ensuring regional strategies are effectively developed, tracked, and managed to achieve commercial success and enhance brand reputation.
  • Providing inclusive and clear leadership.
  • Offering guidance and mentorship to the team to ensure balanced development across all business functions.
  • Overseeing full Profit and Loss management and accountability.
  • Engaging in regular communication with key leaders regarding market trends, risks, opportunities, and critical investment decisions.
Supervisory Duties
  • Responsible for overseeing multiple teams.
  • Accountable for managing various projects.
  • Supervising a team of employees.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful franchise experience in a comparable or lesser role.
  • Exceptional facilitation, delegation, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with others.
Cross-Functional Skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Self-motivated in uncertain situations.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
