- Assess the performance of executive team members, including Directors and Vice Presidents.
- Stay informed about the competitive market landscape and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Promote high standards of social responsibility across all business operations.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with the company's operations.
- Establish measurable strategic objectives and ensure their achievement.
- Drive the development of a compelling brand identity that resonates across all markets.
- Oversee national business initiatives while ensuring regional strategies are effectively executed to achieve commercial success.
- Provide inclusive leadership and clear direction to the team.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster development across all business functions.
- Manage the full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
- Maintain open communication with key leaders regarding market trends, risks, and critical investment decisions.
- Oversee multiple teams and projects.
- Lead a diverse team of employees.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a franchise leadership role.
- Exceptional facilitation, delegation, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while collaborating effectively with others.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Self-motivated and capable of navigating ambiguous situations.
- Excellent decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
