Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary spokesperson for the organization, engaging with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and the public.
  • Formulating and executing the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
  • Designing and implementing organizational structures that support the brand’s mission.
  • Assessing the performance of senior executives, including Directors and Vice Presidents.
  • Staying informed about market trends, potential expansion avenues, and industry shifts.
  • Upholding the company’s commitment to social responsibility across all operations.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
  • Establishing measurable strategic goals and ensuring accountability.
  • Leading the development of a compelling brand narrative that resonates across diverse markets.
  • Driving national business initiatives while ensuring regional strategies are effectively executed.
  • Providing inclusive leadership and fostering team development.
  • Overseeing full Profit and Loss management.
  • Engaging with key leaders to discuss market dynamics, risks, and investment priorities.
Supervisory Duties
  • Overseeing multiple teams and projects.
  • Guiding a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a franchise leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and collaborate effectively.
