Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary spokesperson for the organization, engaging with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and the community.
  • Directing the formulation of the company's strategic vision and objectives.
  • Establishing and executing the organizational structure and mission.
  • Assessing the performance of senior executives, including Directors and Vice Presidents.
  • Staying informed about market competition, growth prospects, and industry advancements.
  • Upholding the company's commitment to social responsibility across all operations.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
  • Setting measurable strategic objectives and ensuring accountability.
  • Building a compelling brand narrative, guiding product and brand strategy to enhance brand presence across various regions.
  • Driving national business initiatives while ensuring regional strategies are effectively crafted and executed to achieve commercial success and bolster brand reputation.
  • Providing inclusive and clear leadership.
  • Offering guidance and mentorship to ensure comprehensive development across all business sectors.
  • Overseeing full profit and loss accountability.
  • Maintaining open communication with key leaders regarding market trends, risks, opportunities, and essential investment decisions.
Supervisory Duties

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a franchise leadership role.
  • Exceptional facilitation, delegation, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
Collaboration Skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated in uncertain situations.
