The Role:
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will work closely with the Board of Directors to champion the mission of Marquee Arts and advocate for the arts within the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Board to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's vision and mission.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders to advance Marquee Arts' mission and enhance its presence in the arts sector.
- Resource Development: Cultivate a diverse funding base, engage with potential donors, and oversee grant applications to ensure financial sustainability.

The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in leadership, with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You should have experience in the non-profit sector, particularly within the arts, and demonstrate a commitment to community engagement and fundraising.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is required, along with significant executive experience in a relevant field. A master's degree and a connection to the arts are preferred.
Compensation:
