Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales, LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Agents and play a key role in the success of our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Support
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new Sales Agents, including creating welcome kits and benefit packets.
    • Conduct new agent orientations and provide training on company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration and Liaison
    • Act as a liaison between Sales Agents and various departments within the organization, including Accounting, Marketing, and Human Resources.
    • Provide input and feedback to the Executive Director of Sales on staff performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Coordinate office operations, including facilities management, IT support, and inventory management.
    • Assist with special projects and provide administrative support to Sales Agents as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to Sales Agents, clients, and vendors.
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including Sales Agents, department heads, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of administrative experience in a real estate or sales environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
    • High degree of proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Ability to learn and demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Real Plus.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
