About the Role:

Freshworks is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and assisting in the conversion of prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Target Potential Clients: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and develop targeted outreach strategies to engage with them.
  • Qualify Leads: Conduct high-level conversations with C-level executives and prospect accounts to qualify leads and set up meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Develop a Deep Understanding of Our Products and Services: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Keep Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Meet or Exceed Monthly Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Research and Prospecting Skills: Proven research and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results and driving business growth.
