About the Role

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Starry, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is a customer-facing position that requires a strong focus on achieving results and building meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business objectives
  • Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with property owners, managers, and developers
  • Communicate progress and results with sales leadership through Salesforce
  • Negotiate and manage contracts
  • Generate new leads through targeted prospecting activities
  • Conduct presentations to property owners, managers, and developers
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Achieves goals on a consistent basis
  • Excellent listening and writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to see the big picture while effectively managing detail
  • Five years of consultative sales experience
  • Proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into the Multi-Dwelling Unit, Property Management, or Real Estate Industry
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing digital landscape
