**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective customers, and collaborating with team members to drive growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and pursue new business leads to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the organization by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in door hardware or construction.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 0365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and customer-centric skills.
  • Self-started and highly motivated individual with a passion for growth and success.

**Travel Requirements:**

The successful candidate will be required to travel up to 50% of the time, with a focus on the Rocky Mountains region, including CO, KS, UT, WY, ID, NV, NM, and El Paso.
