Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional Sales Managers and NAM Sales leaders, to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the energy industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales situations and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • O&G and upstream knowledge
  • Facilities, construction, and/or pipeline knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
