Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Baker Hughes Digital Solutions. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in our North America territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional Sales Managers and NAM Sales leaders, to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the energy industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales situations and develop effective solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- O&G and upstream knowledge
- Facilities, construction, and/or pipeline knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
