About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at RingCentral. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RingCentral's cloud-based communications and contact center solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
