Position Overview
As a Senior Treasury Analyst at Norstella, you will be instrumental in ensuring financial stability and fostering growth within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and guaranteeing that all financial resources are meticulously accounted for and strategically allocated.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash management and funding operations, including intercompany settlements and external payments.
- Collaborate with global banking partners to manage bank accounts and assess additional products and services.
- Support Corporate Card administration and facilitate efficient banking interactions.
- Assist in structuring a global cash management system to optimize cash flow across entities.
- Document and record investment details, including money markets and derivatives.
- Develop and implement processes and controls to enhance Treasury Operations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports on cash flow, risk metrics, and debt utilization.
- Manage system and bank portal requests, ensuring user access and reporting efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic planning for banking requests for proposals and insurance renewals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Treasury systems landscape.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate Treasury, particularly in cash management and forecasting.
- Expertise in cash positioning within an international multi-currency Treasury environment.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in Treasury systems such as Kyriba, Quantum, and GTreasury.
- Experience in accurate and timely payment processing.
- Demonstrated success in managing ad-hoc finance and Treasury projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Commitment to enhancing the Treasury team's performance and visibility.
- Relevant accounting certification (CPA, CMA) or Treasury qualification (CTP) is preferred.
