Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PeopleSoft SCM Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and configuration of the Supplier Contract Management (SCM) module within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Research: Investigate vendor solutions and conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate potential tools and technologies.
  • Lead Analyst Role: Collaborate with the Project Manager to act as the primary system analyst, providing essential technical guidance throughout the implementation process, from initiation to post-deployment assessment.
  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • System Configuration: Tailor the SCM module to meet specific organizational needs, including the development of contract templates, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Data Migration: Strategically plan and execute data migration efforts, ensuring accurate transfer of contract data from legacy systems.
  • User Training: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to empower end-users in effectively utilizing the SCM module.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT processes, including the creation of test plans, execution of test cases, and collection of user feedback.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve challenges during the implementation, collaborating closely with stakeholders to devise effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Post-Deployment Support: Assist in ongoing training and support for end-users following implementation, ensuring a seamless transition to the new module.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including 3 implementations within the last 7 years.
  • Proven ability to lead all aspects of a Supplier Contract Management module implementation.
  • Exceptional technical skills with a strong understanding of SCM processes.
  • Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2 and People Tools 8.58 or later.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience in providing user training and functional support for the Supplier Contract Management module.
  • Familiarity with the Fluid User Interface and experience with Fluid eProcurement and Fluid Approvals.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver organized project status reviews to stakeholders.
