Position Overview
As a Senior Treasury Analyst at Norstella, you will be instrumental in ensuring financial integrity and fostering growth within the organization. Your expertise will be vital in managing cash flow and optimizing liquidity.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash management and funding operations, including intercompany settlements and external payments.
- Collaborate with global banking partners to manage bank accounts and assess financial products and services.
- Support the administration of Corporate Cards, ensuring efficient management for employees and banking partners.
- Develop a streamlined global cash and banking structure to enhance liquidity across all entities.
- Document and track investment details, including money markets and derivatives, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Process Improvement
- Create and refine processes, procedures, and controls to enhance Treasury Operations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports on cash flow, risk metrics, and debt management.
- Assist with system and bank portal requests, including user access and reporting configurations.

Strategic Contributions
- Participate in strategic planning for banking requests for proposals (RFPs), insurance renewals, and group financing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in the Treasury systems landscape, ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate Treasury, particularly in cash management and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of international multi-currency Treasury operations.
- Ability to draft clear and comprehensive standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in Treasury systems such as Kyriba, Quantum, and GTreasury.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with team members across all organizational levels.
- A commitment to enhancing the performance and profile of the Treasury team.
- Relevant accounting certification (CPA, CMA) or Treasury qualification (CTP) is preferred.
