Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and market targeted accounts to generate new business.
  • Acquire new orders and deliver top-tier value to clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with decision-makers, including HR professionals and C-Level executives.
  • Promote solutions like Managed Service Programs (MSP), Payroll Services, and Direct/Contract Staffing.
  • Conduct client research, skill marketing, sales calls, presentations, site visits, and attend networking events.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities and commission pay.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 4+ years of proven success in sales (inside or outside).
  • Experience in a quota-driven role with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to connect with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a competitive yet ethical mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of sales platforms.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and business-savvy.
