About the Role

The Insurance Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive marketing of relevant products and services, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and developing and maintaining client relationships to drive retention and growth.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, identify opportunities for growth, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Policy Reviews and Recommendations: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients' needs are met, providing expert recommendations to enhance their insurance portfolio.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads, driving business growth through proactive marketing efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Insurance Sales or Account Management Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting sales targets, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Engagement and Communication: Willingness to engage in sales conversations, effectively communicating the value of our insurance products to clients.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, paid time off, and more.
