Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Courser. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating growth and creating new opportunities for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Create and cultivate a sales territory by identifying potential target customers who fit our target customer profile.
- Attend networking events and other pipeline building activities to establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Makes 70+ outbound calls per week to engage with customers and promote our services.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Work in our CRM system to track all sales activities and opportunities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
- Follow our sales process and participate in weekly sales training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct discovery meetings with clients and deliver client presentations to showcase our solutions and build trust.
- A two-year degree and 1-2 years of B2B sales/Customer Service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and growth.
- The ability to prospect hand-in-hand with our marketing team and a driven attitude to help clients solve problems.
- The ability to work independently within a team-based environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Personal transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
