Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage significant manufacturing process enhancement initiatives within the bearing sector from inception to execution, ensuring effective collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers in optimizing manufacturing products or processes.
  • Offer technical guidance to less experienced engineers regarding bearing production methodologies. This encompasses diagnosing equipment malfunctions, addressing quality challenges, and assessing equipment performance.
  • Drive enhancements in processes and facilitate product/process transitions in manufacturing, which includes strategic project planning, milestone assessments, process validation, creation of operational instructions, training production personnel, and orchestrating efforts across various teams.
Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related discipline.

A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing setting.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient project management skills to oversee substantial manufacturing initiatives.
  • In-depth technical understanding of bearing manufacturing machinery and processes.
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Visio, etc.).
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical design standards.
  • Expertise in manufacturing process enhancements and advanced data analysis techniques.
