What you'll do

  • Implement and refine detailed cross-functional project plans and timelines
  • Own and conduct validation of all process-related data, written products, and workflows to ensure these meet requirements
  • Identify and analyze implementation roadblocks and partner with business groups to develop solutions
  • Communicate regular updates, status, blockers, and issues to key stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth operation of process and identify opportunities for further process improvement

What's required

  • At least three years of work experience in a project/process management role with a demonstrated track record of leading people and implementing complex initiatives
  • Excellent project/process management and communication skills, an ability to organize and lead diverse project teams, perform detailed work, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks
  • An ability to build effective partnerships with internal clients to drive decision making and gain consensus across groups, seniority levels, and interests in a complex global organization
  • An uncanny attention to detail to ensure processes are running smoothly and to quickly identify and diagnose issues
  • Effective communication with internal clients across seniority levels, an ability to simplify complexity, and provide thoughtful and succinct recommendations
  • An inquisitive and analytical mindset with the ability to gather and synthesize information to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
  • Knowledge of software including Salesforce, Seven20, Excel and workflow software
