PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the modeling of process workflows to enhance collaboration on improvements, automation opportunities, and well-defined end-to-end scenarios.

Analyze data and trends to confirm that process outputs are meeting expected outcomes and that services adhere to established service levels.

Assess IT process designs and documentation as necessary for new enhancements. Develop workflows and present findings using PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Visio.
