Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and test software applications using established development tools, guidelines, and conventions.
  • Database Management: Utilize SQL Server to create and deliver data-driven reports, and design and optimize stored procedures.
  • System Enhancement: Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
  • Defect Resolution: Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
  • Technology Adoption: Investigate and develop skills in new technologies to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Consult closely with management and colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of Senior Developer experience, with a strong background in financial services.

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Corporate Loans: Exposure to Corporate Loans, Bank Debt, and CLOs is a definite plus.
