Overview:
As a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer, you will collaborate with the Capital Projects team to enhance existing systems and introduce innovative equipment within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with suppliers and internal teams to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies for aerospace component production.
2. Design, plan, and modify equipment, machinery, and facilities to maximize operational efficiency.
3. Evaluate the spatial requirements of the organization and propose solutions to fulfill those needs.
4. Collect and analyze data related to equipment specifications, regulatory constraints, project timelines, and feasibility of construction.
5. Estimate design costs, including equipment, installation, labor, and materials, ensuring budget adherence.
6. Conduct ongoing inspections and maintenance to guarantee the effective operation of facilities.
7. Supervise personnel or contractors involved in the construction, maintenance, and repair of utility systems and facilities across various trades, including electrical and plumbing.
8. Manage property control activities to maintain accountability of organizational assets in compliance with relevant regulations.
9. Perform property audits and provide insights on regulatory compliance regarding asset management.
10. Develop and implement policies for property administration and prepare reports on asset usage and related matters.

Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Solidworks
- Successful completion of an ATF background check is mandatory
