Insight Global is seeking a Business Process Analyst to work onsite in Stamford, CT for a prominent telecommunications organization. This role will be part of the Customer Operations division, specifically within the Business Integration team. This team is instrumental in supporting the organization's strategies for mobile and cable initiatives, mapping processes, and ensuring that documentation and solutions are in alignment with team objectives.

On a daily basis, the analyst will collaborate with fellow analysts on new project roadmaps to assess metrics, ensure reporting accuracy through MicroStrategy, and confirm that post-launch processes align with team strategies and solutions.
