Your Responsibilities

As a leader, you will be responsible for establishing and managing your territory, guiding a team of representatives to achieve and exceed an annual recurring revenue (ARR) target of $5 million once fully operational.

You will motivate, engage, and empower your team, providing coaching on best practices, evaluating performance, fostering professional growth, and enhancing their contributions to the department.

Your presence will be vital in supporting your team during client interactions and negotiations, demonstrating your expertise in securing strategic deals and leading by example.

With a disciplined approach, you will utilize MEDDPICC/Force management methodologies to facilitate your team's success.

You will cultivate an environment where your representatives continuously re-evaluate their deals, communicate effectively, and strive for excellence.

Additionally, you will oversee the flow of information related to sales activities and transactions, analyzing data to plan and enable your team to meet district goals while identifying and addressing potential challenges.

Your role will also involve ensuring that sales objectives align with corporate strategies and policies, while fostering productive collaborations with other departments.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a high-performing sales team, transforming raw talent into top-tier representatives.

With over 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, you will have navigated the complexities of creating comprehensive SaaS deals.

You are a recognized leader, having managed a team of at least three sales representatives and achieved collective success against regional sales targets.

Your genuine concern for others fosters a culture of learning and collaboration, as you lead by example and empower your team through shared experiences.

Your passion for the Customer Experience revolution is evident, as you understand the evolving relationship between global brands and consumers, positioning Sprinklr at the forefront of this transformation.

Building relationships is second nature to you, and you inspire your sales team to value these connections as well.

You are proactive in identifying and attending industry events, leveraging your network, and employing innovative strategies to engage your team and their clients.

Managing a fast-paced environment is essential for both you and your team, ensuring productivity and success.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is between $146,000 and $244,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, successful candidates may be eligible for participation in our discretionary bonus, commission, and equity plans.
