What will you be doing?
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect within the Employee Experience team. This individual will become part of an elite, global group of product managers and development teams dedicated to providing technological solutions for EA employees. Their goal is to enhance the employee experience by comprehending how EA employees operate, enabling them to deliver optimal technical solutions.

As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect at Electronic Arts' Employee Experience team, you will lead the design and implementation of solutions within ServiceNow that elevate the employee experience across the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, system architecture design, and the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. You will work closely with engineers, QA, dev-ops, and architecture teams to create seamless, scalable, and efficient processes that support Electronic Arts' dynamic and innovative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Spearhead the development of the ServiceNow strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and Employee Experience goals. Plan and implement new ServiceNow modules and features to boost employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Architecture Design and Development: Oversee the design of the overall ServiceNow architecture, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and optimal performance. Maintain a secure, streamlined, and user-friendly platform that supports various employee experience initiatives, particularly with IT Service Management Tools.
  • Integration and Automation: Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure a cohesive and efficient employee experience. Automate processes within ServiceNow to minimize manual efforts and enhance accuracy.
  • Customization and Innovation: Tailor ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet specific business needs. Stay informed about ServiceNow developments and trends, proposing innovative solutions that can further enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address ServiceNow-related requirements. Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of ServiceNow projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process and Standards: Ensure the reliability and stability of ServiceNow solutions by establishing best practices and standards. Monitor system performance, conducting regular reviews and maintenance to promptly address any issues.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing support and expert guidance to ensure effective use and optimization of the platform. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of necessary platform utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect or in a similar capacity, with a robust understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
  • Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, committed to enhancing the employee experience through innovative technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states.

If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
    o $138,200 - $219,000 USD Annually
  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
    o $136,600 - $219,000 USD Annually
  • Jersey City, NJ :
    o $171,100 - $219,000 USD Annually
  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
    o $153,100 - $206,200 USD Annually
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
    o $136,600 - $202,300 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.

Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
