About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team at Dialpad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering and marketing, to drive sales success
  • Manage and close complex sales cycles, including negotiating and closing deals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the mid-market segment and its key challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies
