About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion for the National Black MBA Association. This individual will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Conduct site inspections and sales calls to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present effective proposals and pitches to secure new business
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge and sales software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
