Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Rudolph Libbe Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance on how our products/services can support their goals.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing accounts.
  • Assist customers with planning and scope development for retrofit and/or replacement projects.
  • Perform job walk downs and assemble detailed project estimates.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposal presentations.
  • Lead job turnover process: project set up, preproject meeting, and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, accounting, technician, dispatch, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate Project and Maintenance contracts with clients.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven work experience in HVAC service-related project management.
  • History of pricing, managing, and coordinating installation of small projects and repairs (typically under $300,000).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
