Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team at Trex Company. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, growing and developing new business, and serving as the primary contact for territory distributor locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and leverage strong business relationships with key distributor contacts at each branch location.
  • Manage established dealer network while prospecting for new accounts and developing markets.
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan with the Regional/District Sales Manager.
  • Establish KPI targets in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager and develop a plan to deliver optimal results.
  • Manage individual travel and expense budgets.
  • Effectively manage co-op funding within primary distributor responsibility.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience required for Sales Representative role.
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience required for Account Manager role.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually.
  • Annual/sales bonus eligible.
