Position Overview:

In this capacity, you will oversee, cultivate, and enhance our growing Western Regional Sales Team, promoting our esteemed brands, CAMO, PRO-FIT, and STINGER, to our extensive network of channel partners, installers, and end-users.

Each brand's distinct purpose will guide your team in executing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and encouraging the adoption of our innovative solutions, thereby supporting our aggressive growth objectives across various channels and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor your Regional Sales Leaders to effectively recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team that drives revenue growth.
  • Serve as a role model by cultivating strong customer relationships, possessing in-depth knowledge of products and competitors, and demonstrating exceptional selling skills.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales and Brand Vice Presidents to establish clear visions and strategies for your team.
  • Deliver on commitments to your team and their clients, inspiring senior leaders at dealers, distributors, and contractors to engage with our brands.
  • Forge robust partnerships with Product Management, Marketing, and Inside Sales teams to collectively address customer needs and enhance market share.
  • Instill the company's culture and expectations within your team, demonstrating a genuine passion for our brands.
  • In conjunction with the VP of Sales, develop multi-year sales budgets and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure your team is equipped with the necessary tools and support, holding them accountable for achieving high performance.
