Role OverviewAs we advance our business momentum and expand globally, we are in search of an outstanding Regional Vice President for the Western Territory. This role is pivotal in enhancing, directing, and expanding our Brand Direct and Agency Sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Forge and maintain substantial brand relationships with senior decision-makers, focusing on uncovering strategic opportunities for value creation, partnership growth, and revenue enhancement.
- Design and execute data-driven revenue strategies aimed at amplifying Brand Direct, Agency, and Programmatic Revenue, thereby solidifying DoubleVerify's standing as a trusted leader in brand safety, verification, and performance measurement solutions.
- Lead, nurture, and mentor a high-performing sales team through active coaching, performance management, and recruitment.
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the region to foster long-term strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with existing clients to ensure the continuity of partnerships, working closely with account management teams to guarantee seamless market expansion and client satisfaction.
- Provide effective management of Salesforce Pipeline, New Business Forecasting, and Client Target Prioritization to ensure sustained market impact.
- Deliver accurate revenue reporting and strategic updates to the Americas management team, including presentations of revenue and forecasting reports.
- Partner with cross-functional internal teams to ensure flawless deal design and execution.
- Exhibit agile and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and collaborative culture across the Western region while actively participating as a key member of the Americas Commercial leadership team.
- Represent DoubleVerify at industry events, reinforcing our reputation as an innovator and trusted leader in ad verification and brand safety.
Experience: 12+ years in Digital Media, Ad Tech, or CTV Sales.
You are a proven business leader with extensive industry knowledge and significant experience in selling media, data, technology, and software solutions to various stakeholders at large brands and agencies. You have a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
You possess a deep and established network within leading Digital and Media Agencies and Brand Marketers, including Media, Strategy, Operations, Analytics, and more.
You are an engaging and persuasive communicator, adept at simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences within organizations.
You consistently rank among the top sellers in your organization and are recognized as one of the industry's best. Your curiosity and intelligence drive you to continually enhance your industry knowledge and competitive insights.
You are a collaborative team player with proven experience working cross-functionally to build business and sales activity.
Compensation: The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on various non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, and internal equity. The estimated salary range for this role is between $175,000 and $300,000, with eligibility for bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.
