Position Overview: Regional Sales Executive for Capital Laser Solutions

The Regional Sales Executive for Capital Laser Solutions is essential in the strategic launch and continuous enhancement of Coloplast's laser capital and consumables tailored for Interventional Urology within healthcare facilities. These innovative products are utilized in a variety of endo-urology procedures, including lithotripsy, BPH treatment, and other soft tissue interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving or exceeding Annual Revenue and Gross Profit Objectives for the designated territory
  • Strategically planning and organizing the territory to ensure optimal coverage
  • Leveraging company resources and initiatives to meet sales targets
  • Collaborating with the consumables division to uncover new opportunities
  • Delivering post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and maintenance services
  • Fostering customer relationships and keeping them updated on product advancements
  • Representing the organization at industry conferences to showcase products and engage with clients
  • Collecting insights for product enhancement and market demands
  • Executing other vital tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8-10 years of experience in medical device sales
  • A minimum of 5 years in the sales of medical capital equipment
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
  • Proven success in selling to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Basic computer proficiency along with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in launching new products is advantageous
  • Robust clinical, analytical, and sales acumen
  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership qualities
  • Experience in client identification, qualification, and conversion
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and adherence to ethical conduct standards
