Insero Talent Solutions is collaborating with an innovative bridal consulting startup to find a motivated Sales Specialist.

Position Overview:

The Owner and CEO is in search of a passionate sales professional committed to delivering exceptional customer service while streamlining the wedding planning experience. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in connecting engaged couples with expert vendors and providing access to comprehensive planning tools.

This position is vital for understanding the unique preferences, styles, and tastes of couples, ensuring they are matched with the right vendors from the Company's exclusive network.

The main focus will be on promoting the coordinator package and assisting couples in selecting vendors for services such as hair, makeup, photography, and videography tailored to their individual preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the Company's diverse range of packages to potential clients.
  • Informing couples about the advantages of the comprehensive planning tools and exclusive vendor network.
  • Conducting detailed assessments to gain insights into each couple's wedding style and preferences.
  • Transferring comprehensive client details and preferences to wedding coordinators for efficient planning and execution.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both prospective and current clients.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Providing regular updates regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience as needed.

Qualifications:

  • AAS, BA, or BS preferred, along with 5+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and align them with available services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
