We are currently seeking Estate Liquidation Specialists who are dynamic, diligent, and quick to adapt to join our team. During weekdays, your role will involve preparing residences for estate sales by organizing the sales area and assessing items for appropriate pricing. On weekends, you will support the execution and management of the estate sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekday Duties:
- Prepare items for display to create an inviting retail atmosphere within each home.
- Sort, organize, and remove items from various areas of the clients' residences, including attics, basements, and storage spaces.
- Arrange items logically throughout the home.
- Assess and label each item or collection with a price tag.
Weekend Duties:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Manage crowds and restrict access to designated areas.
- Facilitate pricing negotiations during the sale.
- Deliver exemplary customer service.
- Process customer transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Accurately enter customer and item information into our system.
- Handle cash transactions during the sale.
