Client Relations Supervisor

Capital Wealth Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented Client Relations Supervisor to enhance our dedicated team. This position is pivotal in delivering outstanding service to our clients and advisors, ensuring seamless daily operations while assisting with various administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist advisors in their daily functions and foster an efficient workplace.
- Ensure timely completion of all client follow-up activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and nurture client relationships.
- Manage general administrative tasks and support overall company operations.
- Prepare advisors for client meetings and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and maintain the CRM database.
Essential Skills:
- Proactive individual with strong organizational capabilities.
- Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent prioritization abilities.
- Ability to thrive both in a team setting and independently.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong communication and time management proficiencies.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in client service.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Must possess strong technical aptitude.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
