Position Summary:

The Client Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of quotes, orders, return authorizations, and various order management tasks. This position is essential in fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and inquiries.
  2. Communicate product specifications and discrepancies effectively to clients.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Interpret and implement contractual agreements with precision.
  5. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering Services, and Operations to fulfill customer needs.
  6. Exhibit professional communication skills, demonstrating excellent grammar and clarity.
  7. Adapt to various customer demands across different markets and segments.
  8. Engage in training, testing, and project-related activities as required.
  9. Represent the company in a professional and effective manner.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Work Schedule:

This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a Customer Service or Corporate environment is preferred.

Basic knowledge of fiber optic cables and connectivity products is advantageous. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
