We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at FORWARD Platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing relationships with our most strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities- Account Planning and Management: Develop and execute effective territory and account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders, including Agency Directors and VP's, practice managers, CIOs, and elected officials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Development, Partner Management, Client Services, Business Development, Technical Pre-sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations Support, to develop and manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging strategic partner alliances and relationships to drive sales growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast through our CRM system.
- Experience: 7+ years of field-based, face-to-face enterprise software and services sales and business development experience working with government and non-profit customers.
- Skills: Demonstrable account and territory planning skills, excellent communication skills, and a highly collaborative working style.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus preferred.
